These Terms apply in addition to any separate engagement letter, service agreement, or statement of work signed between you and Legalkarobar.com. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement will govern for the matters it specifically covers.

03Our Services
Legalkarobar.com is a cross-border legal, tax, and business consultancy. Depending on the plan or engagement you select, our Services may include company/LLP/OPC incorporation, GST and MSME registration, virtual office and registered office address arrangements, trademark filing support, and company secretarial or compliance assistance in India, Hong Kong, the UK, the UAE, and the USA.
Service descriptions on the Site are for general information and marketing purposes. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your engagement will be as agreed in writing (including via email or an order form) at the time of onboarding.
04Engagement & Onboarding
An engagement with Legalkarobar.com begins once you have (a) submitted the required enquiry or order form, (b) received confirmation of scope and fees from us, and (c) made the applicable payment where advance payment is required. We reserve the right to decline any engagement, including where we are unable to verify your identity or the legitimacy of the intended use of a service.
We may request identity documents, proof of address, photographs, or other information reasonably necessary to complete a filing or satisfy a regulator's know-your-customer requirements. Delays in providing this information may delay the Services.
05Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information required for any filing, registration, or document we prepare on your behalf;
- Promptly review documents shared with you and flag any inaccuracies before filing or submission;
- Use any registered office, virtual office, or SCR address only for lawful business purposes and in a manner consistent with the applicable Companies Ordinance, Companies Act, or equivalent legislation;
- Respond to information requests within a reasonable time, since regulatory turnaround times often depend on your timely cooperation;
- Not use the Services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you supply. Legalkarobar.com is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete, false, or delayed information provided by you.
06Fees, Payment & Refunds
Fees for the Services are as quoted to you in writing or as displayed on the Site at the time of your order, and may include our professional fees along with applicable government fees, stamp duty, or third-party charges. Government and third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority, regardless of the outcome of your application.
Our professional fees are due as specified in your order confirmation or engagement letter. Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, less any costs already incurred or non-refundable third-party payments made on your behalf.
We reserve the right to pause or suspend ongoing work if payment is overdue.
07Government Filings & Timelines
Many of our Services involve filings with Authorities that are outside our control. Any turnaround times, processing periods, or "days to completion" mentioned on the Site or in communications are estimates based on typical Authority processing times and do not constitute a guarantee. Authorities may request additional documents, schedule physical verification, or take longer than estimated for reasons beyond our control.
Legalkarobar.com is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by any Authority, provided we have submitted your application accurately and in good faith based on the information you provided.
08Nature of Advice
Information provided on the Site, including FAQs, guides, and comparison tables, is general in nature and for informational purposes only. It does not constitute formal legal, tax, or financial advice for your specific circumstances and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional engaged for your particular matter.
Where we provide advice as part of a paid engagement, that advice is limited to the scope agreed with you in writing and is based on the facts and documents you provide. Laws and regulatory requirements referenced on the Site may change after publication; we do not guarantee that all content reflects the most current legal position.

You may terminate an engagement by written notice, subject to payment for work already performed and any non-refundable third-party costs incurred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory local rules applicable to a specific jurisdiction's filing (for example, Hong Kong company law for a Hong Kong registered office), any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
